What is Guest Opinion Rewards?

Guest Opinion Rewards is a market research panel. When you join, you are joining other Hilton Honors members who have agreed to give their opinion by taking online surveys on various topics in exchange for Hilton Honors Bonus Points. This is one of the most convenient ways for you to earn Hilton Honors Bonus Points.

What is market research?

Many companies carry out market research to find out what individuals like you think of their products, services or advertising. Perhaps they want to find out whether you like their new packaging or a new product they want to launch. Companies create online questionnaires, also known as surveys, which contain all the questions they want to ask. By giving your views in these surveys, you are influencing the future development of these products and services, so your opinion is imperative.

How does Guest Opinion Rewards work?

Guest Opinion Rewards will send you emails inviting you to take surveys, or you can log in to your dashboard and take a survey whenever you like. The length of each survey will differ and will be stated on the introduction page before you start, as will the number of Hilton Points you will receive for completing the survey.

Participation is voluntary; you can take part in as many or as few surveys as you wish. The more surveys you take, the more Hilton Honors Bonus Points you will earn. 

How does a typical survey work?

The length of each survey will differ and will be stated on the introduction page before you start, as will the number of Hilton Points you will receive for completing the survey. The start of the survey will typically ask you for information about yourself, such as your age, gender, or where you live. Guest Opinion Rewards does not share your personal information with anyone, which is why we encourage you to complete every question for each survey you take. Once you have qualified for a survey and answered all of the questions, you will receive the amount of Hilton Honors Bonus Points stated on the survey invite. Hilton Honors Bonus Points will be credited to your Hilton Honors account in 4-6 weeks. 

Sometimes surveys will have questions to ensure the company is speaking to the right person. They might only be interested in customers who buy a certain product or have used a particular service, or they may only need to speak to a certain number of people that have used a product or service. If you are not part of the target group they are looking for, or if the target group you are part of is full, the survey will end here and you will receive the "screened out" or "quota is full" message. This is a normal part of the market research process; the more we get to know you, the more opportunities you’ll have to take surveys for which you qualify. We will still reward you with Hilton Honors Bonus Points for attempting the survey - five (5) Hilton Honors Bonus Points if the quota is full and ten (10) Hilton Honors Bonus Points if you screen out.
